Well - I haven't seen that before either.  Such a nice read and some amazing facts to think about too.

Hi and welcome to the Forum Daniela.   I notice you use the word "canning" in relation to your tomatoes - which I would normally associate with U.S.A? Or is that a Perth thing?

Hi Kiwiscoot and welcome to the Forum.  It has all been said for me but I do encourage you to go for it.  My husband cannot/willnot cook.  He knows where the kitchen is but that is about all. However even he can make the Creamy Garlic Prawn Risotto in the seafood section(half the recipe for 2 of us)   - and proudly tells everyone how easy it is - just like painting by numers.  Have fun and healthy meals at the same time.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.  You certainly have been cooking up a storm.  No need to say "enjoy"  - it would appear that you already are!  And yes - I love adult colouring in too.

Congratulations ladies.  Enjoy!  Such a thrill to win something (I know as I won a Lunch box and after school ideas book some time back).

Cakes / Re: Kimmy's Fruit Cake
« on: June 19, 2015, 02:05:41 am »
Thanks Kimmy - I made this in the square tin with blanched almonds on top.  I love the idea of the two bar tins as well (good excuse to buy baguette tins) and the top decorated with flaked almonds and cherries looks wonderful.  As DH declared it the best cake ever I will certainly be making it again with all the other ideas.  Cake making is not my forte so great to find one that has the thumbs up.
