Last night I did a huge beef casserole in the slow cooker.
Tonight I am doing a pork roast, but vegies in the thermie.

I need to bake cakes and biscuits today too.

Pizza, I must go and make the dough. Saturday night special.

Broccoli and cheese soup (forum) and toasted sandwiches.  It is a "can't be bothered tea" (although the soup is rather delish).  :)

I have that kind of tea every Saturday night. I cook every other day and Saturday is my lazy day. I sleep in till hopefully 8am or later and have no set routines (I'm up at 6am 6 days a week). I love Saturdays.
Sunday I need to be up early to take DS 15 to do the paper deliveries and then I usually cook ready for school/work lunches for several hours.

That is my Sunday routine Dede. I have a head cold and hubby has a broken foot so we worked together tonight and made tea. He hopped  about and I snuffled and groaned.  ;D ;D

JulieO,  as usual your photos are wonderful.  When you make NO Fuss Rolls they always look better than when I make them ;D ;D ;D

Tonight,  traditional roast pork with all the trimmings.  Too full to have any pud.  Also cooked Tang Zhong rolls from the basic recipe,  Didn't turn out quite as expected.  Will place a tray on top next time and brush with egg wash to give some colour to the tops.
