K Atie, not nice.  Hope your are better soon.
Have made Beef in Stout with Cook Key, but had to use beer as that is all I had.  Still tasted delicious.

Cookie, thanks for the recipe for the Bagels.
Like you I found the dough a bit dry.  I think the wholemeal Rye flour soaks up more liquid. I will certainly make them again.
Mine look a bit rough , let’s say organic.

Wow Chookie. I snuck one out of the freezer for my afternoon snack and loved every bit of it.

I made another batch of Tenina’s SD today and popped it in the fridge to cook Sunday. I added rye flour and lots of seeds to this one. I also made a Cherry cake/slice as well.

Great cooking everyone.
Yesterday I made Pea & Ham Soup, Chicken & vegetable tart.  Today I will make some biscuits and a sponge, not sure about anything else yet.

Yesterday made a big pot of Ribollita (a Tuscan soup, but could also be classed as a stew!), full of goodness ... kale, silverbeet, potatoes, bread, leeks ... great for DH who has been suffering from a nasty cold for the past week or two.  My neighbour popped in just before dinner so he stayed to share it and had three bowls and very complimentary!

Today is a roast vege frittata,an interesting / curious recipe for potatoes roasted in mayonnaise!!!, a tomato and cashew sauce for pasta topped with an avocado 'blob' and an Alfredo pasta - I think I had better get a move on!

Yesterday I made Chookies Malt biscuits and CP's Cream Puffs.
My first time making cream puffs in the tmx.  They were still a bit moist in the centre but much better than anything I have tried to make before.

I am so happy :o after years of trying, I think I have finally found a sauce that is a vegan equivalent of cheese sauce for macaroni and cheese.  :)

Mab, if I had to vote for the best recipe on the Forum, it would be CPs Cream Puffs.
I have very fond memories of making many of these and the family sitting around experimenting with different fillings and icings.
Marina, you must share this recipe.

Everyone has been successfully busy. I made a Swiss roll with spots on, some Classic Bread and some more of Tenina’s SD. I used some rye this time and added seeds.
