I'm not fond of coriander either, but it doesn't bother me in this recipe - I started off all parsley, then went to 50 / 50 coriander and parsley but then went to straight coriander. Give it a try, you may be as surprised as I was.

You are right about how I figured out who my SS was, Gert, I had an idea all along, but spent a few seconds fossicking around on the forum last night to confirm my suspicions. It is hard to disguise the sender's details but my SS did their best. It is fun searching out clues as to who sent you your gift, though. I am very lucky as to who my SS is.
Gert, I am sure you had a cracker of a clue, sorry I didn't give you the chance to drop your heavy hint!

I don't know, Uni. Perhaps you could but would the taste of the pure alcohol be too aggressive for the more subtle tastes of the spices or is pure alcohol also tasteless? If it is stronger than vodka perhaps the alcohol will overpower the spices too much? I don't know because I don't drink, these are just the thoughts that come to mind.

Morning all. Not too many of us up and about at the moment.
Dying to hear how you got on today, DJ.
I'm practicing how to download photos onto the forum following a discussion with Gert elsewhere but am having absolutely no luck whatsoever! I have spent hours on this for work as well and I have read all the instructions but my program/s seem to differ from everyone else's so I think I'll just give up.

I'm going to attempt to attach a photo (it's a really good one, too) - but no promises as I am doing it in a roundabout sort of way.
No, didn't work - it would be great to put the photo up, but I'm running out of time - I've got to get back to work and admit defeat, I will just have to try to figure my SS out by myself (unless you take pity on me Gert).
