Hi from Melbourne!
« on: April 18, 2013, 05:51:08 am »
Hi All!
I've had my thermie for a couple of months now and use it at least twice a day. I'm hooked. I was a chef in a former life but the hours got too much for me and my little family. But I'm enjoying cooking again, thanks to this wonderful machine. Hoping to get to know you all and pick your collective brains  :)

Wow, thanks for the warm welcome!
Wonder, I'm in the inner west. You?
astarra, my little family is me, hubby, DD is 7 and DS is 4. Currently teaching them how to cook my dinner in the thermomix!
My thermie has been busy mainly with baking and preserves, but I must admit I haven't used the varoma much at all. Off to trawl this site for ideas.
Thanks for the warm welcome and the recipe links  :)
