We had Kimmy's sweet potato, feta and basil quiche. I roasted the sweet potato in the AF. It only took about 10 minutes. So quick and easy.

The a/f is perfect for roasting a bit of pumpkin for salads, quiches, tarts and risotto Chookie.  I used to hate turning the oven on to roast a tiny bit of pumpkin.

Judy I read some time ago that choice mag said it was cheaper to use the oven than  the phillips air fryer over time. I guess that would  depend on how many hours a week you use either.

I read that too Gert, before I bought the AF. Then I thought about the heat in the kitchen and bought the AF.

I rarely use my oven as the BBQ  does just about everything outside. Much cheaper to run too I reckon.

There are pros and cons with every purchase Gert but cooking for 1 seems such a waste of heat in a full sized oven and during heat wave conditions I refuse to turn it on.  Cost versus convenience - convenience wins out this time
