Farfallina's Curry Beef Stew with peas. It was very nice.

....left over Healthy Chicken Katsu with steamed carrots and snow peas  - had this for dinner last night - so quick and delicious  :)

We had the "oh my gosh it's 6pm and I haven't started dinner"dinner.
Luckily I found some left over butter chicken sauce and some left over healthy roast chicken in the freezer. I defrosted them both together and served it with some of Judy's potato bites.

For moi, a small cottage pie from freezer made with left over roast and frozen.

Later in week when DH away might experiment with first ever batch of pasta.... Only thought of that after my pie was defrosting LOL.
