Roast beef.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Took a pack of ravioli out the freezer that I made a few weeks ago, also a container of fresh tomato sauce.  It was all ready in 10 mins.  ;D

It looks as fresh as the day it was made Julie - nice to have meals like that in the freezer.

Astarra you will love the chicken recipe - let us know what you are going to do with the very tasty chicken stock too.

We did love the recipe, Judy - tho I forgot about the stock idea and made gravy with the juices - and what a yummy flavoured gravy it was too!!!  :D

That looks superb Jamberie  :D have you made it before? That would go down a treat here tonight.  :D

I am sitting here lacking in inspiration  again, thinking just steaks, salad and my GD's mushroom sauce if I can get hold of her to get her recipe.

Great ravioli Julie.
Jamberie that looks yummy.

Made the red curry risotto but used tandoori paste because, that's all I had! Was lovely but forgot to take a photo.

No MF, it was a first for us, we have lots of silverbeet in my dad's garden so it was a good way to use it. Will make it again though as I think it would be good for work lunches

Yummy MF. Just like tandoori chicken mild curry but all mixed in. Handy risotto recipe. Will make the red curry paste way next time. Need to buy lemongrass and limes/lemons as tree forgot to grow them  this year :D
