Pizza as always. Managed to take photos of them before cooking but in the efforts to serve them forgot to take a photo of the finished articles. Doh!  :-))  :'(

Pork with a Mediterranean Spice rub cooked on the BBQ. Simple pear, parmesan and rocket salad to go with it.  :)

I am making Yotam Ottolenghi's Hot and Sour Chicken (recipe is for drumsticks but I am using chicken breasts).  Have made the marinade in Thermie of course.

I found the recipe Vieve. Its from the book we got with our TM21. I'm not sure if I would be allowed to post the recipe...
What do you think Judy? ???

The odd recipe from books are allowed Amy and besides that, it's a superseded model and who would be looking to buy the book if they could get it anyway.  Go for it.

Last night we had pizza.  DD and I made one with the cream from Theo's book as a base and put halloumi, mozzarella ,sundried tomatoes and spinach on it. Very tasty.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Yummo Cookie
Tonight we are having Kerry Farm Chicken with some sort of Thai inspired salad...and after looking at your pizza, we might have potato and rosemary pizza for starters....a bit of an ecclectic mix me thinks.
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

The Russian Salmon Pie is in Travelling with Thermomix on page 118.  Is that the one, Amy?

No, thats not it GF. Its definitely Russian Fish Pie from a TM21 book. We had that model before the TM31 and we kept the recipe books :)

It might be similar though :)
