Tonight is from the freezer. Last night we had traditional pizza for DH, DD and I had pumpkin and goat's cheese pizza and all of us had an apple and custard pizza. Lovely.

Well I am glad someone asked because I do not know. I bought the two meaty ribs in a cryo PAC from the wholesale butcher for  $10.99 a kilo. It was difficult to see exactly what they were until I defrosted it and found these two pieces which I  then sliced into ribs. I think it was from the lower ribs of the piggy sort do the other end of the loin. They were really good and virtually no fat. Bargain.

Or they  could have been the upper ribs and back  with the meaty bit being a back strap sans rib.

I love goats cheese on pizza. Must look for some marked down goats milk to make some.
