Meatballs made from Italian sausages. The tomato base is mostly veggies and then zapped in TMX with tomato paste. Baked Apples stuffed with my Quince and Apricot paste mixed with flaked Almonds.

Just a question.   Does anyone have experience with buying and using an online nutritional calculator?  If I am going to post any Diabetic recipes and other Diabetics are going to use them then I need to post the correct nutritional amounts. ( my Blog was set up solely for my use but other people do use it )

KAtie, hold strong for the funeral.

Out for lunch today with DS and BIL.  Nice. Creswick.  Then went to the Creswick Woollen Mill.
Have lots of Alpaca and fine Marino garments and rugs. Resisted buying anything.

Cookie, those biscuits look yummy.
I have posted 3 Diabetic recipes on my blog.  Im quite surprised at the quick response.   Can only think that people  want something a bit different.  These certainly are.
I also tried another recipe but it didnít work,  but may end up as a nice savoury crumble.

Looks good Judy.  Nothing like baking to warm you up.
Didnít get my cooking done yesterday as weather was fine so spent time in the garden.
Mab, look after yourself.

Cookie, itís hard  not to try one.  I made GS some plain muffins for his lunch box. I tasted the edge from one.
Iím testing a couple of diabetes friendly recipes today. One is a flat bread made from almond flour and seeds the other is Clean Quince jam made with Chia seeds.
I have located quite a few Diabetic friendly recipes on my blog. Think I will preface them with Diabetic. .
