I made this last night using Chelsea's version from her blog with slight adjustments to suit our taste.Left out the cayenne and used hot smoked paprika in its place.Served it with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was very very tasty, DH and DS mopped up the sauce with bread. http://fulllittletummies.blogspot.com/search/label/main%20meals

After reading Cathy's comment that she didn't have buttermilk so substituted milk/vinegar when she was making brownies made me think.Maybe we could have a section where people could look to see what they use in their cupboard before they fled to the shops, if they didn't have a particular ingredient at hand.Or would this come under Tips and Hints?

meganjane I would love to buy the Seafood bounty but living in the U.K.I don't know how to go about getting the money to you.Plus it will be a pain in the neck for you to do air mail.

The names of the recipes not so but the actual recipes YES. Certainly a consultant would be brave to post them
The host only gets a copy AFTER the demo...
Yeah, sorry, you'll just have to have a demo!
I would love a varoma demo but I don't think they do them here in the U.K.

Caroline it sounds as though your cake was still warm when you spread the icing. You can always make a custard and make it into a dessert for the family.Just think of it this way, all great recipes are created by mistakes!!
