Made this tonight. I used a larger onion as that was all I had. I mashed the spuds but must have done it too long as it was more of a puree than mash. I am still on my L plates so that's probably why. I haven't made them in the beast before. The gravy was good but looked insiped. It was yummo though. The gravy was too thick for me - next time I would only. Use half the cornflour but that is my personal preference not the recipe.
All in all it was really good, will def make again. 4.5/5 thanks for sharing
JD the. Boss has more toys than you can poke a stick at. Including several cars a Harley and the most recent toy was a carcoon to put his monaro in I don't feel guilty at all haha
Sorry not a fan of this one far too much popcorn and I needed to mix in two large bowls. Also needed 2 dishes to put it in in the fridge. Left a sticky horrid,mess in the bowl. Didn't know wher to put the vanilla essence so I left it out
I feel like a cheat because this is so easy but I couldnt wait to post a recipe
1 x 300g tub natural yoghurt 1 x 440g tin mangoes (or 1 fresh mango peeled and seed removed)
Put both in TM (use the juice as well if tinned) . Blitz on turbo 4 or 5 times until smooth (there is probably a lower speed for longer time but I am new at this!)
Beautiful also served as a dip for cold cooked prawns or crumbed or deep fried fish or squid
You can also put in some mint for a change as well
