The rye seeded bread is really nice with the extra SD starter in it. I will go and amend the recipe.

Thanks Cookie.
Today I made a Teff flour Fruit loaf.

I will be interested to see how it cuts tomorrow.  This loaf has Zuchinni in it.  I am trying to use all the strange flours that I have.

I’m shopping this morning so will see if I can find some Teff flour. I’d like to try it.

DH came home to say a couple of car shed guys are coming round tomorrow afternoon so I made some Anzac type biscuits from The Tivoli Road Baker book. I had some very dark brown sugar in the pantry so I used that. DH said they taste good.

I was a little cheeky with Tenina the other day and said I hoped she released the recipe of a delicious  looking cake in time for my birthday. It isn't going to be but she sent me the recipe anyway. I can't wait to try it. It is sort of orangey. With lots of Cointreau!  It was very kind of her, and she said it improves with age, sort of like all of us really!

What a lovely surprise to receive the recipe from Tenina Cookie. So kind of her.
