An annual get together - how fun.
I can't wait for this year. As soon as the date is confirmed I'll be keeping an eye out for cheap flights.

There is a seat waiting for me using my points if the 24th is  chosen. Hope it is still there when we find out. Yippee.

Can you put me down as interested. Will have to get respite but DH says plan it,you have time!

would love to  :-* Can you PM me your details (as above) as I am printing off for a hard copy as it is easier to keep track.

Gretch, the weekend of the 24th August is the goer with all but one (Dashingden, sadly  :'( he doesn't know what he is missing out on by being a fitness nut  :D)

I'm going away this weekend to Geraldton for my brothers DD wedding. Have had a few more "yays" today, and will start allocating the beds into closely grouped houses next week. Then I will be able to work out costs. Closing date Tuesday of next week, and everyone will then be put onto a group email for the latest updates and information rather than posting here.

Another thing I was thinking of putting out there in the forum was if any of our members possibly wanted to contribute anything to advertise their business (or DH's) - and it can be anything! possibly little itty bitty piccy frames (made from leftovers)  :D soaps, jams, pens, lollies, caps (eg. promotional material), as well as anyone who would like to make something for gifting as a pressie from them eg KFC Spice Mix (don't worry chookie, just using it as an example  ;D) - think outside the square, its nice to be aware of what we can offer each other, and if you ever need something like vege stock and happen to drive past a sign and see the light on know you can catch your forum friend in her dressing gown and she will welcome you  ;D

well it could be if its only 1 of every item, but to get the best marketing coverage it would be nice to pop into a little gift bag for everyone to take home. Its just a thought at this point, if the idea doesn't take off it doesn't.

 and loving it.

I will be allowing a 12pm departure from each house on the Sunday, as I anticipate giving a little lee way for a more relaxed brekky and pack up. Perhaps some people would like to have a lunch or stop over on the way back to Perth and that would be something that could be organised during the course of the weekend perhaps or leading up to
