Cookie my mince was fresh to start with, so hopefully it will ok when I use it, I have a fear when it comes to putting things in freezer that has already been frozen then cooked then frozen again so with new dishes I always use fresh so I get rough idea how much is left over thanks for that

Last night had the best casserole beef and Guinness and today made tuna noodle and corn casserole for tomorrow, and it smells and looks great

We had this last night and loved it, I would say the best casserole so far, never used beer before as I don't like it, but it really did make it super. Still have the left over beer in fridge wish I could keep it for the next time as I hate waste but no one likes Guinness.

Thanks Judy, well I put it in the freezer uncooked, Wow we just loved this lol it does make a lot for two but lunch is ready for tomorrow, had it with steamed vegetables and mash potatoe. Also I put tasty cheese as that's all i has still yummy I am sure once I use the one in the freezer will make again a good meal for standby

Today I went to the Mandurah Crab Fest and the Good Guys were selling Sunbeam 4 pie makers for $58 were $72 so i just had to get one lol just what I need for the cooler months, we had last night Beef Diane which I must say was lovely and now the left overs will be made into pies for tonight

Made this today for tonight's dinner, had to have a little try, boy is my family going to love this will have it with rice and steam vegetables. It makes a lot of sauce which the rice is going to love
