Same as Chow Mein Chookie but I've been making it for over 40 years and that's what it was called back then.  I did it the old way, hand chopping all my veggies and on the stove top so that I could make a huge batch.

Beef enchiladas here.
Judy Chinese flair sounds so much better than chow mein. I make it regularly on the stovetop the old way, but love to shred the cabbage in the tmx. Less mess and no big yucky chunks of cabbage.

Nothing exciting, DH back on 5&2 diet and it's a fasting day, so just grilled fish and some steamed Veges. I find it much easier to keep track of calories by just having something plain and boring. Only 2 days a week so no big deal, he is committed so I have to support him.

We had lentil bolognaise, taste better than it sounds. If you haven't tried it give it a go.

We'll done Katj.
I'm putting a SC dish on before I go out. Beef in red wine.
