We had beef rendang, rice, roti and a potato & pea dry curry. My GD requested this  tonight as I had already made Irish stew and soda bread and its not her favourite. Perfect for me as DS 2 loves Irish stew and he and his family are coming for dinner tomorrow night so worked out well  ;D

It was yummy BeezeeBee and no cooking today which is a bonus as I am busy with some of the kids. Picnic lunch in the park  ;D
