We're having slow roasted pork in the Easi-Cook tonight. We were given some mullet that friends caught at Gladstone. We think we will smoke them, as they are lovely smoked. We can't give those friends rice pudding as they have their thermomix with them!
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Old school recipe Amy. Tomato mince layer topped with spinach/ricotta mix, topped with Swiss cheese and encased in filo pastry. Got no idea why it's called Bounty Day pie. Probably wasn't listening when teacher explained that bit :D

Unexpected supper away with family. Lovely.
Ten of us gammon, chips, egg, lots of veggies.
The tin of brownie I had with us in the car turned into dessert with icecream and defrosted raspberries. A big hit.

Thanks Amy for noticing typo!

You needed a big bit of brownie to share among 10 people DJ.... or should that say big hit? ;D ;D ;D
I'm glad you had a nice meal with the family, it sounds very nice :D

Tonight we won't need much after a big cooked lunch. Might just be cereal or eggs on toast ;)
