You can pot roast any kind of meat Amy.
Instead of roasting on a tray  in oven it is done in a pan with a lid and can be doneon the stove top or in a slow cooker as I am doing now.
I am using beef tonight a topside roast but can use lamb, pork chicken etc
Try it Amy it's melt in the mouth tender  :)

Pork is my favourite meat but mum and SD prefer chicken or lamb so I don't cook it often :-)) ;D

Last nights beef stroganoff was so yummy we are eating the leftovers tonight. Boys having nuggets and salad as I can't stand the protesting anymore!

Migellas ritzy nuggets, now the bad bit potato skins, fuly loaded, coleslaw & salad.

Lasts nights dinner was so simple but so good, pork sam boy chow will post if anyone interested.
