I just defrosted some pork chops for mum and SD. I can't be bothered with soup now and pork chops are easy to stick under the grill ;)

They sick ones didn't eat much, but so far it has stayed down and they look ok.... :)

Tonight we had satay chicken. The satay sauce is from here http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=355.0 it is by far and away the nicest satay sauce I've made. I make it first, remove it to a jug, and then without cleaning out the bowl, I pop the rice into the basket. The rice takes on some of the flavor of the sauce. I then placed sliced carrots, celery, mushrooms and broccoli into the bottom steamer tray, and chicken thighs and bok choi into the top tray and cooked it all together
I also made the quick raspberry Icecream http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2697.msg29616#msg29616 with blackberries. It was nice, but a little too seedy.

My favorite quick meal risotto! Always a winner.  I roast the veggies and chicken separately then add together with risotto in thermoserver, it makes double the amount that way and we always have seconds or there is enough for some of us to take to work for lunch the next day.

Chicken risotto. Still trying to convert my much loved Janelle Bloom microwave risotto to the TM. Current attempts have the jury hung, half like it in TM and other half prefer mw.
