I am having an "I don't know what to cook for dinner" day!!!!  :-\

MF, I like to stand in front of the pantry or fridge, pick a couple of ingredients and then Google whatever needs to be used up plus the word Thermomix.

Always gives me something interesting idea to bounce off from.

Opened fridge and freezer and chicken cacciatore came to mind.
Have some gnocchi and salad ingredients so that's dinner here.

Thanks for the help. Just couldn't think today as extremely tired here.  :)

Dinner at DD's - started off with a nibbly plate of cheeses & dip followed by pork ribs, smashed potatoes, green salad, chicken & leek casserole, foccacia and for dessert baked raspberry cheesecake GD & her Mum made plus bought Portuguese tarts - all served with  my favourite wine, Moscato.  Very nice.
