I'd like to go to Hally's house for dinner tonight. We love roast pork with craclimg in our house.
Today is a busy day- work, swimming training for DD until 7 and a meeting at 7.30. It' got to be a quick easy meal tonight. I bought a lovely baguette today, so I've caramelised some onions and mushrooms and we can make our own hot dogs for dinner.

Oh wow that looks so good. I assumed it was some type of cake with icing on top :)
As my Internet speed has slowed I can't click on the photo to enlarge to see it clearer.
So how did you do it? I have a bundt tin and wouldn't mind trying this.

Uni, Johnro's Macaroni Beef would work in that bundt tin wouldn't it?  Would you put the bechamel sauce on the bottom of the mold then top it with the macaroni/beef or would you pour it over the finished dish once unmolded?
