Big cooking day today.
We are going to DD for dinner and I am taking a Sticky Date Pud.  I make double the sauce.  It makes 12 serves so will bake it in 2 dishes.  DD can keep one as GD is coming home from Denmark and loves Sticky Date Pud.
I am also making Lemon Butter for GD.
Bread sticks for GS.
SD Olive and Rosemary bread for DD for her Birthday on Saturday.
Starting a Rustic Loaf recipe,  from a cooking class that I did in Tassie several vears  ago.

I remember that Rustic Loaf Chookie, it was from the Agrarian Kitchen or similar I think. I still make it occasionally.
I have a Classic loaf rising, some brioche type dough that I am going to roll out and spread some mango puree on and then roll up. Later this afternoon I will make the SD Batard that DH and I like. That sits in the fridge overnight.https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=17515.0

Didn’t get everything done.
Added leftover mashed potato to the bread sticks. Will do the rest tomorrow.

Yesterday I made Bimby chocolate cake for DS birthday and Chookwoman's Anzac and macadamia biscuits , the best moorish Anzac biscuit ever . Not sure how to link these recipes but they need to be bumped as they have been all time favourites .

Here’s the link Katie https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2351.msg24991#msg24991

K ATIE, glad you like those Anzac biscuits.   They were one of the first recipes I converted to TMX when I got my machine. I had also just got my computer and didn’t have a clue how to use it.   Judy and Thermomixer rescued me as I floated , with converted recipes around outer space.

Today I will finish the cooking I started yesterday.

Was it better than the usual one you do Chookie?
I’ve made 2 casserole dishes of cauli/broccoli-au-gratin to divide up for my freezer.

Yesterday, a good old fashioned Irish Stew for the freezer.  Today a chicken & vegetable casserole to use up half a chicken that was in the fridge.

I only made dinner today as I did the shopping this morning early and then met friends for lunch. I had a lovely omelette, it was enormous and had chorizo, potato and the centre had bocconcini in.
I also had a dairy free smoothie, it was blueberry, chia and banana. Delicious, but not everyday food.
