New mixer...
« on: January 07, 2011, 02:35:15 am »
Hi to all

Have had my machine for about 1.5 weeks, and am now using it at least 4 times a day.... LOVIN' IT!! Will try out some new recipies from here, and add some of my own when I get them right!!

Talk soon, I'm off to the recipies page to look for a coleslaw recipe....

 ;D

Hi grub72, welcome to the forum.  Getting plenty of use from your machine and hopefully your coleslaw turned out great, can cause a few problems in the early days if it is overprocessed.  What have you been doing so far?

Welcome grub72. What else have you been making other than coleslaw?

Well so far... I have made lots of bread, choc custard, dips, used the varoma often for vegies with dinner, had a crack at butter - which i overprocessed a little and came out like whipped butter, very fluffy! Next on my to-do lidt is the meatloaf in the varoma sounds yummy! I am yet to convince my partner that some steamed meats come out really nice....

Haven't done the coleslaw yet, will do it today for a bbq tonight... I will let you all know how it turns out...

Happy TMing.... ;)
