Made this during the week, and LOVED it! Beautiful flavours. I only had 600g of diced lamb so padded it out with chopped pumpkin and zucchini. More lamb would be better as there is alot of sauce. We served it with quinoa which worked really well.

Tasted even better the next day on toast. Will definately make again.

This was delicious! Mine seperated a little, but it didn't affect the taste. Very naughty! Perfect sugar free treat :)

We love this version in our house - it has replaced our traditional recipe. The star anise and orange flavours are subtle, but give it a really nice lift. It a nice change from the overly tomato flavoured versions that most people do.

We use beef too. DD2 loves it!

Introduce Yourself / Hello!

Hello!

I have been a long time lurker, and finally found the courage to join! Courage because I am not overly adventurous with my thermie yet, haven't quite built up to converting recipes - I will though!

I have already learnt so much from this forum - its my go to for menu planning every week! I'm looking forward to contributing with some recipe reviews, and one day - some original recipes.

I live on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne, and am just getting into using my Thermomix to help us go "sugar free" (no fun I know and very difficult because I LOVE baking!) I have found the Thermomix invaluable for my 2 year old daughter - we love making smoothies and healthy ice cream - in fact anything made in the thermomix she will eat!

Will be lovely to get to know you all and thank you for all the help you have provided so far!
