Can you make museli in TM, not even been to demo or got machine and thinking of things to make.

I'm not sure what the muesli recipe you have in mind is James.  To make muesli, I just mix dried fruit ,seeds and nuts with oats and bran.   I guess the TMX could do it but it's as easy to do it in the container I store it in.

If you let us know how you do it, then I'm sure we'll be able to give you more info

I do it in the thermomix as I like it fairly fine. I process whole nuts (macadamia and almonds) with the oats first for a couple seconds and put aside, then i process undiced dried fruits like peaches and pear halves, and then I add the dry mix back and stir it all through using reverse, with some cinnamon, seeds and shredded coconut.
