K Atie that carrot cake sounds lovely as does your dinner Chookie. We were going to have Chicken Cordon Bleu tonight but a little mouse about DH's size ate the ham, so it is going to be Chicken Kiev.

Overnight I thawed out small packs of mushroom sauce, ham, mushroom sauce and pasta.
Mixed it all together tonight, added some peas and zapped it for 4 minutes - pasta for 1 in no time at all.

Well do e Judy. We had a vegetarian dish of mainly vegetables from cooki Doo tonight. DD and I liked it but I'm not too sure DH did. Next time I make it I will do some chicken or steak for him to have with it.

My brother came for lunch today and we had Minestrone soup and I made a batch of Chookie's no fuss rolls. For sweets we had frozen banana's blitzed to icecream.

I noticed that Coles are advertising Cone Bay barramundi. I am going to have my hair cut this afternoon so I will see if it looks nice. Otherwise we will have a fish pie.

I was too busy to worry about what I was going to eat tonight so on the way home much later than usual I stopped off and bought fish & chips from the award winning shop down near the beach. Huge line up on a Saturday night but worth the wait.

I love fish and chips from shops Judy. We have it when we are in Busselton but that is about all. I forgot to take any meat out of the freezer this morning so we had fish and chips, (in the AF) salad, asparagus and corn.
