Roast 4/4 lamb with roast veggies. Lemon Delicious. The last time I made this ,( new recipe) it made so much that I had to bake it is the SC insert.

I made Sweet and Sour Pork and served it with steamed rice.

Pesto pasta , made a double batch of pesto yesterday , three jars later . Nearly used one jar yesterday on pizzas . Love this with diced potato cooked in the pasta water . Did not have any Basil so just used lots of Parsley some coriander and a little kale . Nice and light .

Cottage Pie made with left over lamb, gravy and mashed potato. paw paw for Pud. .

We had gnocchi with. Mushroom sauce. It was very nice.
I made the gnocchi in the thermomix.

Great dinners K Atie,Chookie and Cookie. I've made a Chicken Stew for GS. DH and I are eating up the leftover Sweet and Sour Pork.

For Dinner last night I cooked a leek and Mushroom risotto and served it with sautéed chicken breast. Finished Paw Paw. ( bought at Aldi, 1/2 price of that at our local Supermarket)
Tonight fill finish Risotto and cook some KFC chicken to go with it.

Roast beef tonight, so that DH has some cold meat for his sandwich for car club tomorrow.
