I don't salt mine, just add a little bit of salt afterwards. Is that the same Hally?

This isn't going to look very exciting but the flavour was wonderful.  

A recipe from Nigelissima, simply called Pork chops with fennel seeds & allspice, though it also had celery salt and a pinch of ground cloves and pepper added to the flour for dredging.  It was finished off for the last 5 mins of cooking with marsala added to the pan and then spooned over.  

Will make this again with better chops because it tasted great.
  
I cooked the veg (except the corn) in the TM and Varoma; made for an easy meal.  :D
