I have to agree JAM, I made spaghetti and meatballs using the varoma  and I was a little sceptical but they were delicious and yes much less mess  :)

well I am having a bit of a Cookathon, we have friends coming to dinner and the TMX has been on since 8 am and still got more to cook.  I am cooking Indian food and some yummy deserts.  already made the butter chicken I added steamed potatoes.   have soaked the tapioca for the soufflé orange pudding that is on the British Larder website.  Tenina's  white choc and raspberry cheesecake is in the varoma now as it needs to cool and set. Then it will be back to mains, will do the tomato and lentil Dahl and a beef rendang. The will need to do two batches of rice as one basket won't feed us all.  I am lucky I got my TM in June so have two bowls.  I want to be finished cooking before they get here as TMX so noisy!! I'd better get cracking.

Is the recipe for Teninas white choc and raspberry cheesecake on the forum here?

We've had a late lunch/early dinner today.

I bought a couple of beef olives from the butcher a couple of days ago as they looked really nice.  Cooked them today in a fresh tomato & red wine sauce, with Varoma steamed veg and baked potatoes.  There's enough sauce left over to use on pizzas that I'm making on Monday.  :)

It was blowing a gale Uni. Our immediate backyard is an absolute mess. Lots of plants have blown over.

That sounds great Jadey :D How do you cook it?

Lemon Pepper Salmon (per person) is loosely
1 tbsp mayonnaise (I use fat free but whatever you'd like)
1/2 - 1 tsp Lemon juice (or concentrate)
Pinch of Lemon Pepper Seasoning (add to your own taste)
Mix together

Before coating salmon I normally throw it in a hot pan for 30sec - 1 min to crisp up the skin

Place salmon onto baking tray skin side down and brush onto salmon fillet so well covered (not the skin side of course)

Bake at 180°c fan forced for 12 minutes

Serve with rice or salad or  whatever you'd like as a side.

Better than anything I've ever had at a restaurant I love it!!

Roast lamb and veggies tonight.
Not going well - the potatoes won't cook and my DH has fallen asleep in his chair (probably too many beers at the footy today)
