Thanks for the well wishes, Mum had a nice afternoon, just small afternoon tea but after having my brother pass away only 2 weeks ago her and Dad really weren't up to doing to much so it was good we were still able to celebrate.

I used the pizza Bianca dough, from the demo leaflet.  I love this, as it's really quick  and only 10 minutes resting.
If you want the recipe, I can post it.

I just rolled it out onto a large cookie tray (lined with grease proof paper), brushed lightly with olive oil, spread over 4 small crushed garlic cloves, sprinkled with dried Italian herbs, scattered on a pizza blend of cheese and diced bacon.
Just add any toppings you like really  :)

Dinner tonight - varoma roast beef (mum wanted to see how it is done), roast spuds and pumpkin, zucchini muffins, spinach herb bread, steamed beans, broc and carrots. And gravy.  :D YUM!!
Dessert is just watermelon cubes.  :)
