I also made these molten chocolate puddings for my DH as he loves chocolate puddings, but personally I think there's too much chocolate.

Too much chocolate??  Is there such a thing!
It looks delicious Julie as always  :D

Julie the photo of your pudding is amazing. We (well me, anyway) felt like chocolate pudding too. We had leftover pasta from last night, and I knew there would be just enough to go round, so I decided to cook dessert tonight. I had 2 pears looking lonely and unloved in the fridge, but couldn't find a recipe for a chocolate pear self saucing pudding, so I muddled one out of a couple of other recipes, reducing the amount of sugar a little. It turned out really nice, despite the fact that my oven temperature was really erratic yet again- when I opened the oven at the end of the cooking time, the thermometer I'd placed inside was showing maximum temp of 230C. Anyway, here are my dodgy photos taken on my iPad before the kids attacked the pudding

We had rump steak and new potatoes cooked on stovetop and red cabbage with apple and onion cooked in  *:
Adapted a Katie Stewart recipe similar to this one http://angelasrecipeblog.blogspot.co.uk/2009/03/red-cabbage-with-apple.html

Mine had more than 25 g sugar.
3 (x15ml) tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
2 mini boxes of raisins.
Used a large red onion. No garlic.
Salt and pepper.
Almost a mug of water 180mls approx.

It was good.

Pudding was chocolate custard on ice cream, bang went the healthy eating!

JO you sure know how to torment a girl whose watching what she eats  :-)) I just had to stare at the photo and imagine how nice it would be to push my spoon down in the middle and take a mouthful...now I had better go for a walk, cos I think even doing that made me put on an extra kilo. Love the little copper pot also x

Not sure yet, but as DH is away possibly something tuna related. Cheap and easy.
We are being taken out to lunch so I guess it will be a light meal tonight.

I very excitedly put farfallina's Apple and Pear chicken on the menu for tonight (does anyone remember how much I loved it? ;D)

But when we were at the vegetable shop today, mum told me she didn't want it :( So I told her we could have something else if she knew what she wanted and we could get the vegetables for it. So she decided on curry, and we got everything she wanted in it.

10 minutes before I was going to start cooking, mum doesn't really want curry any more :-))

So after a moment of mental blankness, I jumped on here for inspiration, and now have em's chicken and vegetable hotpot in the TM ;D
