Gosh that's a lot Robyn. Did you do it in your machines?

Not showing Ral your post with all that Fudge, Obbie.
Judy , that all looks nice.
Cookie, seed bread, I would like that. Made an old one and a new one this morning.
Small Apple squares for GC lunches, and new one, veggie strata. Some for DD and some for us.

Yes, I think they do.
I will post the Strata recipe as it is part made in TMX and very versatile. It was also delicious.

It all looks good Chookie.
How long will it take you to sell all that fudge Robyn?  Do you need any sort of licence to sell food items?

What a massive amount of fudge, Robyn!

I like the look of the vege strata Chookie.

I got just about all my planned cooking done over the weekend.  I made the aquafaba mayo for the egg salad but it looked a bit as though it curdled by the time I served the salad, although it tasted OK so I reckon I would call it a "win - win" for aquafaba.

Marina, I think you would like the Strata.
Can't imagine why the Aquafaba Mayo would curdled.  What salad did you add it to?

I had a big cooking week-end this week-end. I bought a new pressure cooker last week-end, and made some lamb shank soup which was amazing. So I made some more of that and some chicken soup, the stock on Saturday and then the soup on Sunday. Both soups are delicious. I know it's not exactly soup weather, but they're great for work lunches. I kept putting off making the soup yesterday because I wasn’t really looking forward to dicing all the vegetables, then I remember that I have this amazing appliance that will chop all of vegetables for me, and decided that it didn’t really matter if all the vegetables weren’t the exact same size and shape!
I also made some roasted butternut pumpkin soup, which is better than I remember. I made Trudy’s lemon muffins last night to bring to work, and also made Apricot Chicken Risotto from ‘The Annoyed Thyroid’, but I wasn’t very impressed with that.

It looks tasty Robyn. Do you have to have a special license to cook it at home?  Over here if you wish to cook in your own kitchen to make things to sell you must have your kitchen etc checked by the Health Department and a permit given. Quite a lot of messing around.
