Maybe it is working TOO efficiently now, Chookie  ;D

Gosh that is a lot of emails. Thank goodness for family.

I'm just keeping in front of the washing, ironing and cleaning and packing the van before we go away on Monday. I'm really looking forward to it, even if it is only 4 sleeps.

I keep checking the forecast for up there and it looks as though it will be freezing but fine.

Cookie, please take us all on the holiday with you through your photos.
DS took pity on his aged stupid parents and enrolled us in something called Telstra Platinum.   We can either phone a consultant or make an appointment and go to the shop for them to sort us out.
I have removed the 30 thousand eMails from my MacBook..   I was able to do them very fast through a process that i found on Google.

We had the AGM for the car club today. DH and I won the 'Good luck/bad luck' trophy this year. The reason was losing our radiator cap on a run and then have it bounce off the mudguard several km's down the road at a set of lights.
DH has been voted onto the vehicle checking group now. Something he is more than happy to do. Each year the old cars should be scrutinised by the club. It used to be compulsory but isn't any more which is a pity.

Enjoy the wedding Katie, I can’t remember when I last went to one.
Had a full day with Probus meetings, out to lunch with the girls lunch then visiting the nursing home.

We took GS home yesterday afternoon. A nightmare of a car journey into London. The motorways we use we're just bumper to bumper with heavy traffic. DD, SIL and GS are off for their summer hols to Italy on Monday, GS is very excited.
I've been sorting out my clothes in our wardrobe today. I've got four bags of clothing to be donated  to a charity shop. I've been ruthless in deciding what to chuck LOL. Tomorrow my shoes will have the same treatment  ;)

CC, well done with the will power to chuck out clothes. I find this very hard.
We are going to Echuca for 3 nights next Tuesday. We are going with friends so expect to have a great time. It will certainly be a bit warmer.
DD is having an exchange student from Denmark for 6 weeks.   I will do some baking for her this weekend.

How lovely for GS Denise.  You’ve done well with the culling, we’ve all got far more clothes and shoes than we need.
I love Euchuca Chookie, been a long time since we went there. The Victorian MS Socy had an onsite van there (complete with a lift for wheelchairs) so we jumped at the opportunity when it was offered to those with MS in SA.  Enjoy your break.

Denise that will be wonderful for GS and his parents. He will have a lot to tell you when he returns.
Well done on the throw out. I'm not too bad doing it, but I do tend to hang onto some things.

Chookie we love Echuca too. I think it stemmed from our first visit and the people in the next caravan were so nice and told us so much. I also love to hear the  steam paddle wheelers tooting. Especially the Pevensey and Emmy Lou and a couple of others whose names I cant recall.
