So excited...
« on: November 07, 2011, 10:36:11 am »
 ;D

I've had my TMX now for a few weeks and am excited to finally get around to joining. I've just copied CreamPuff63's list of favourite recipes (thanks  :)) and am looking forward to trying others.

Anyone else care to enlighten me with their favourite recipes? I made the chicken croquettes from here today and they were BEAUTIFUL except the breadcrumb mix stuck to the pan and not the croquettes  ??? Will def. be making again

Looking forward to being a part of this forum  ;D

Hi Zelda, it's lovely to have you as part of the forum, a big welcome to you.  Looks like you know your way around to have already found CP's favourite list, a lot of my favourites are on that list as well.

When cooking the croquettes, the oil must be hot (not smoking hot) and you don't keep turning the food.  Leave them for at least 1 minute before turning for the first time and the crumbs should stay on.

Welcome Zelda. My favourites are similar to CP's plus the recipes I have put on (I don't post it if I don't like it) and..............lots and lots of them I guess. CP has done a great job doing all the links for hers. :-*

Welcome Zelda... and I will be totally honest... my lip quivered when I saw your name.... my Dear dog was called Zelda... she was the most beautiful Weimeraner and I loved her so much. She was my best friend.... :( and she passed away 6 years ago but I still miss her a lot.
Anyway... yes this is a fantastic forum. I am also a new Thermomix owner, have had mine for 4 weeks now ... and love it. Although I need to try more things... become more adventurous... so enjoy.. :) Hope I haven't offended you with my reference to your name.  :)

Thanks all I'm looking forward to being a part of the group. And no Mary Brown, no offence at all. I had an old cat called Zelda. I love the name a lot!! Glad to hear you have some good memories associated with the name though.

hi Korrick, welcome to the forum.  Here is Cream Puff's favourite list so far. Browse her list and just click on whichever one you fancy and it will take you to the recipe on this forum or someone's blog.

You have the same avatar as Obbie - LOL, I always thought that was her and how cute she was :D :D  Who is that girl?

I had often wondered how come several people had the same avatar.  I thought it was just me going quietly nuts here and getting even more confused than ever.
