From the freezer, apricot chicken, mashed potato, cauli-au-gratin and roasted pumpkin cubes. All I have to do is heat it all up.

Feeling lazy tonight so decided to go into town to get burger and chips. Very disappointed, it seems that I have lost the 'taste' for burgers, and I used to really enjoy them. Ah well, I guess that is good for me but not so good next time I am feeling lazy!

We had a recipe from Amanda's blog tonight. It was lovely. I didn't use all puréed pumpkin, I roasted some and puréed half of it.

That sounds very nice cookie. I recently roasted a large pumpkin with the same idea in mind, freeze portions for different types of recipes. I cut mine into pieces though so that it would cook quicker and save on electricity costs. This idea works really well and I certainly plan to do it again when my supply has been depleted.

We had pizza for dinner. I used Jamberie's recipe from here. I bought some pepperoni from the Italian shop and it was beautiful. I had also bought some rolled mozzarella with prosciutto in the centre. It was lovely on the pizza.
