I blitzed a few leftover caramelised onion and goats cheese tarts with Sustagen from a Christmas afternoon get together. I like a quick meal!

The last of the beef casserole for the men with potatoes, carrots & creamed silverbeet/spinach from the garden.  A  small tuna morney with risoni for me.

Slow roasted chuck rib eye . Made a rub of paprika sumeric and coriander,seared the meat then roasted . Roast pumpkin and sweet potatoes. Paddock dinner for the men .
