What's for Dinner Tonight?

Leftover roast lamb on fresh No Fuss bread roll.

Pork tenderloin with mustard sauce steamed pumpkin cabbage asparagus and snow peas . Paddock dinner for the men .

Chicken thighs in Apricit sauce, snow peas from garden and steamed potato. Mango.

Pasta bake with mixed vegetables for the men.  Crumbed fish and mashed veg for me.

It’s rather hot here so we had rissoles and vegetables.

Steak roast potatoes and vegetables. Paddock dinner for men , had mine when I got home .

Beef casserole with mashed potato, beans & asparagus.  Smoothie for me.

I blitzed a few leftover caramelised onion and goats cheese tarts with Sustagen from a Christmas afternoon get together. I like a quick meal!

BBQ salmon cubes in sticky sauce. Brown rice and salad.

The last of the beef casserole for the men with potatoes, carrots & creamed silverbeet/spinach from the garden.  A  small tuna morney with risoni for me.

We’re having Prawn Okinomiyaki tonight. It’s still too hot to put the oven on.

We cheated tonight and ordered from the local fish and chip shop.

Slow roasted chuck rib eye . Made a rub of paprika sumeric and coriander,seared the meat then roasted . Roast pumpkin and sweet potatoes. Paddock dinner for the men .
