I got mine in KMart Marina. It was $15 I think. Actually DD bought it for me.

My little Waffle iron is bright pink and was bought at Harris Scarfe, $18. I’m surprised at how well it cooks as I have had several large ones and not all good. I think Amazon also sell them.

Purchased a copy of Ellen Babauskis / Alyce Alexandra's 'Thermo Plant Based' book.  I have so many books it's nuts, but I specifically wanted this one as it is locally written therefore the ingredients are pretty local and hopefully easily obtainable, as well.  Looking forward to some inspiration over the Christmas break.

Opps, bought Tony Tan’s new cook book. Has some unusual Asian type recipes. Also a puzzle book. Agatha Christie puzzle book. 100 different mind teasing puzzles. Thought I’d do one a day. Collins Book shop in Ballarat is pretty good.

A book on Fermenting jumped into my hand as I was looking around.

A lot of books seem to do that Chookie.  I seem to have a similar problem. 😀😀😀😀

Today I bought a K’A’RCHER window vac, not cheap so it had better be good. Waiting for a cooler day to try it out. Can’t post a picture as somehow I’ve lost the ability to be able to reduce the size of my pictures these days.

I hope so Chookie. Had no idea how to follow the instructions to put it together but I treated it like a jigsaw puzzle and if a part fitted then that’s where it must go! Not a good idea to start this process at 10 pm though.
