Hi there, I just joined too and am waiting for my TM to arrive too.  We are not grain free but very limited grains so would love to see what kind of recipes you like in the TM.  Good luck, talk soon.

Hi and welcome.

I am the cook in my restaurant where i also prepare food for celiacos and i use the TM to lots of recipes without Gluten. Its very good to make your own Flour out of ex. chickpeas. Much cheaper then to buy the premade flours.

Welcome Elkielilypad. As bluesed says, it will save you a lot of money and you'll have lovely fresh grain free flour.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Hi Elkielilypad, just seeing you are from the Central Coast has brought back so many beautiful memories. I lived in Terrigal for nearly 10 years and all my children were born in Gosford Hospital.  The Central Coast is a beautiful part of the world.  Welcome to the forum  :)
