Astarra, they look delicious.
Lunch, grilled pork over a base on leek, mushroom, apple and spinach.
Dinner, grilled salmon with Spiralzed Zuchinni.
Not real hungry but would love a slice of bread or a scone.  Wonder if this means I am addicted to carbs!

Yep, addicted to carbs for sure Chookie.

I had 2 sausages out for tea, probably would have just put them in a roll but I received an all in one baked snag recipe from Recipe Tin Eats today so it is in the air fryer at the moment. Easy to make this one for 1 serve. Will let you know what I thought of it later.

I love my carbs Chookie.
Astarra the muffins look tasty. Judy I will look forward to hearing your comments about RTE sausage dish. We've had a few of her dishes in the last week.

Robyn that is rather decadent, lucky you.

It was delicious and so easy cookie, picture in another thread but you’ve probably seen it by now. I do like her recipes.

Obbie,  when you cook so much at home, eating out  is a real luxury.
I got the Spiralizer out and it was wonderful with the fresh Zuchinni from the garden.
Dinner last night was just lightly cooked Zuchinni with salmon that had been marinated in Teriaki sauce. Very nice.
I am  waiting for the 2 book I bought from Book Depositry on this Blood Sugar Diet. One is about the Diet, the other is a book of recipes.  The recipes I have been using are from a free 2 day trial, and some from the Internet and are surprisingly tasty. No complaints from Ral so far.

Made some more sides for the freezer tonight. Whilst I had the oven on I roasted extra veggies and made a batch of VSC.

Made a Blood Sugar Diet recipe for Dinner.  Mousaka Spelling?  Made 1/2 the recipe and it will do us twice. Was nice.  Has it with home grown yellow beans.
