Savoury pull apart loaf
« on: November 04, 2012, 06:08:36 am »
Savory  pull apart loaf :)
I make the basic bread from EDC

Then:
5 cloves of garlic
 capers
Olives
basil, couple of tablespoons
4 tablespoons of sun dried tomatoes
200 Grams of strong cheese ( Parmesan)
salt, pepper to taste
30 to 40 grams olive oil

whiz this up in thermomix, speed 6 for about 45 seconds.

Roll out dough on bench, fairly thin
Spread savory paste on bread dough,
Cut up into squares
sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

layer in to bread tin, and bake 30 minutes.
Spread

Yum, serve with butter, cut while warm..

Sounds yummy.  Do you mean to stand the squares up their side,  not on top of each other?

This sounds lovely, can't wait to try it. Did you forget to take a photo before you ate it all?

I do this at Easter too, instead of hot cross buns, make a pull apart loaf.
