Not much cooking time for me yesterday, so it was cornflake biscuits, pumpkin and chive risotto, cheese and noodle slice and, seeing as I had the oven on, I roasted the extra pumpkin that I couldn't manage to cram into the jug with the risotto.

Thanks for posting that enquiry, Nicky. I have often wondered much the same thing as well and had developed the solution Andie suggests, but I do wonder if there is a quicker or different way.

I used to buy their stuff when we lived in Scotland many years ago and miss them now we are here in Australia. Good to hear they are still going strong and their customer service is still as good as it was all those years ago. So many companies are just so lax on that side of their businesses these days - even though it is a tough retail trading market. I must take a look at their site again and see what they are stocking these days.
