Steak a nice pumpkin rice salad I picked up from Wilson’s fruit and veg shop . Also cheated a passion fruit dessert .

Judy how stressful but you are on top of it well done . I was going to ask the same thing was your guest aware.
It’s been full on day , DH and went to Ballarat to collect DD car that was having a service and repair. DH had a thousand jobs to do , I was on the phone trying to solve issues . We had lunch . Took a Ute to be assessed for repair ! Collected DD car . Then I did food shopping and had to make more phone calls .. this was in a stationary car as no lead to connect phone . DS had picked up Ute that had a windscreen repair done during the day . He was home before all of us . It’s only going to get crazier.

Cookie that’s not good , hope you get better soon . Post tidy up outside visited by a snake , Fluffy was on to it I managed to rescue her and call DH to no avail it disappeared. Meanwhile said cats were locked in the dog run . They were not happy when DS let them out . I was holding onto Fluffy for ages she even started to meow , think I was squeezing her tight . Then I remembered the dog run was a safe place .

Quick Thai chicken curry, used a Aldi red curry paste . Cookidoo recipe but the same recipe was on it 3 times and it was the last of three , no fish sauce . But I used pumpkin eggplant as main vegetable. Served with rice . Filled DS up . Soon I’ll have no left overs when he is home ! Thought there maybe a serve left to put in freezer for DD when she returns . Next time now . Trying to get some extra meals in freezer for harvest but none yet .

DS mowed and I cut back the lower branches of the huge pear tree , filled the Ute tray up . DS took of all away , he seems to be having a break mowing off to the other farm to mow there . DH bogged down doing book work .

DS home requested Steak . Mash potatoes and greens . Gave DH the tenderest piece . If his temporary crown lasts I’ll be amazed.

Yes Judy a rare
event for us . DS did his second maths exam today, came home this afternoon for a few days . He went to bed at 8 !! Mine you DD must have rung for a chat bery late tonight, I could hear laughter . Thankfull for what’s app free calls ! Decided to attempt to tidy up an apple tree and a fig ! DH has sprayed around and killed off the lower branches of a very low lying fig tree . So decided that I needed to get rid of the damaged low branches . The apple tree just need a slight trim ! While I did this the cats climbed it too funny .

We had a lovely day at two open gardens for School , just so nice to be under huge oak trees in the shade with their own micro climate , beautiful sunny day. Lots of catching up with friends. DS stayed in to study .
DD in bunkered down in London finishing off her assignments for final uni course .

DH cooked poached eggs in the Microwave and I cooked toast . Dinner done !

The problem is the high rate of male suicide exceeds women drastically. Ours was a woman’s night about this . DH didn’t go to the men’s night ! It’s more the fact they don’t get to sit around and talk , as you said the Europeans have it all worked out . Today we took DD car to be serviced and yet again DH temporary crown came off , so he had that fixed too . DD s car horn and power to stealing wheel ( all the volume buttons etc do not work ) so lucky we are on to it . DH did jobs and I cat napped in the Ute all day . Home now . DS has maths exam tomorrow and Monday .

Collected DS after English Exam yesterday home overnight back later today . DH went to a Ram sale and collected them this morning! Very good looking rams . I went to a woman’s event for mental health , by a lady who is well known for her incredible input from top of Australia to bottom , Are you bogged mate ? I different in site to preventative male suicide . In lightning and informative in a different approach to male mental health, especially in the farming and agricultural side .
