Chookie those naughty raspberries coated in chocolate are in the freezer section! Everyone has been very busy cooking. DH is hanging around in the mornings ( think he likes the porridge I make , he does his own most mornings in the microwave!) .

Went for another walk , had book club yesterday so nice to be out with friends. That’s a big move for you DS Mab, but very wise one . Beautiful sunny day today.

I’ll add sesame seeds to my hemp seed topping for porridge ( might check if they are in there first ) . Sautéed salmon brown and white rice ( slowly change to brown rice and eliminate white rice ) . Broccolini and carrots . One frozen chocolate coated raspberry ( naught buy from Wilson’s )a treat , no one is allowed to help themselves to these , sharing dessert! Tonight Italian meatballs and pasta .

I went on another walk this morning. Third day increasing my steps . Last two times I’ve gone for 50/40 minutes and DH has collected me . Today I did half and turned around . Last night my face was pounding , wisdom tooth removal taking awhile to settle down .

Thank you everyone, any suggestions are great . I will adjust for awhile but might have eggs a few times a week as I love them or have them at lunchtime instead so I get the steel oats in everyday!

Yesterday I made steel cut oat porridge! Used a Cookidoo recipe . I believe steel cut oats lower cholesterol ! Do I best eat this a lot . Actually if I pop it on before my shower etc it’s ready before I know it . I might have been rather concerned with high cholesterol results and higher markets for my bone density results. So action needs to happen. Except I like my eggs for breakfast do not sure what to do there .

Very belated happy birthday Marina . Started walking yesterday , trying to get my steps up and generally feel better ! Today I walked for 50 minutes ( lol DH picked me up ) don’t want to over do it !! Hope this lasts and I keep it up .

Thai chicken laksa , wasn’t bad but added more coconut sugar and lime juice . Nice change .

Spent the morning getting DH to make a Drs appointment. Another few days on the road . I’m Still having soft foods . Very very cold and yes wet about 16mls so that’s good .

Chicken roast pumpkin risotto with spinach and broccoli! Was delicious although I couldn’t really eat the chicken easily.

We all slept in today , missed going to yoga oops . Head is sore do quiet day . Not sure what the boys are going to have for lunch . Called cannot be bothered , oh dear I better snap out of this soon .
