Hi,
I was lucky enough to have Father Christmas bring me a thermomix. I'm still learning and I'm also always looking for new recipes and ideas to try. This looks like a good place.
Oh I'm in the Welsh bit of the UK.

Hi Mikey and welcome.  A thermomix for Xmas is a wonderful gift, hope you are enjoying it and experimenting with some of the many recipes on this forum.

We lived near Pontypridd for many years whilst my husband was at college in Abertridwr, near Caerphilly, back in the 90s. We have many memories of your part of the world (unfortunately, most of them centered around rain!)

Thanks. Strangely enough I met up with a long lost cousin over Xmas no she lives in Melbourne

Lots of stuff.
Soups, curries, sauces, chilli jam

I'm obviously still learning but am trying to adapt any recipes I use to use in the machine.
