Date and Almond Snacks
Number of People.  Whatever you wish:
Ingredients:
Dates
Almonds
In the ratio of 10:1
If you wish to make about 9 snacks use 100g dates and 10 g almonds.
18 snacks use 200g dates and 20 g almonds

Preparation:
Check the dates have no  seeds in and add to the bowl.
Speed 8 until the dates come together and are smooth. You may need to scrape the bowl.
I chopped the almonds by hand.

Tips/Hints:
I saw in the supermarket yesterday date and almond snacks. They were quite expensive so I made some. You can use any nut you wish. The supermarket had used pistachios on others.

Lucky you. I bought a few fresh ones this morning, but I ate them all. I used dried dates for this although fresh may be better.

I tried a medjool date at Katie's this morning - they are so moist and would be great in this recipe Cookie.
