Roast chicken with salads. Tried a new potato salad and it's very nice and worth a try. DH mentioned it was good and he doesn't like potato salad! Will be making again. Here's the link if anyone is interested http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/node/55445

I was told about that potato salad recently and made it. It is very nice. The friend that told me doesn't have a thermomix and makes it in the ordinary way. It's quicker in the thermomix.

I do my potato salad in a very similar way by cooking the diced potatoes with some eggs sitting on top in the steaming basket but I plunge both into cold water at the end to stop them overcooking and make the eggs easier to peel.  The eggs and potatoes take about the same time to cook if you don't dice the potatoes too big.

Tonight we tried Tenina's Soy & basil chicken noodles. Delicious and like she said, quicker than Jamie. The photo is minus the cashews. I added them to my serve later. Keeps the nut haters happy ☺️

Tonight: marinated beef roast with roast potatoes and pumpkin, onion tarts, steamed corn and brocollini (from my veg garden  ) and gravy, lettuce, tomato and hard-boiled egg salad too. 

Thanx for the well wishes everyone, finished the vomiting side of it, yesterday had diarrhea all day, and today - well just feel pretty washed out now but mums can't stay down so just have to keep going.     
2 of the girls had it before me, hope the other 2 don't get it!
