Last night we had chicken loaves.

Tonight we're having spaghetti bog rolls. It is really a dry spaghetti bog spread over pastry and rolled up, then cut into slices. Very nice.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Early dinner for us as DH has to leave for work shortly (14 hour shift).

Today I made Parmesan Chicken and Judy's Parmesan Potatoes.

The chicken breasts were coated in a fresh breadcrumb and herb mixture then browned off quickly in a saute pan.  Some home made tomato sauce was then spooned over and around the breasts, sprinkled with grated parmesan and sliced mozzarella, put a lid on the pan and then baked in the oven for about 10 mins in a v hot heat.  Removed lid and baked further 5 mins until cheese was melted and chicken was cooked through.  ;D

That looks amazing as always Julie.

We are thinking of going to the local Thai which has just changed hands, hoping it is as good as before it was sold.
