Healthy dinner Amanda!!!  ;)

We are having hot roast pork and gravy in fresh buns with salad.  :D  YUM!! (Is it dinner time yet??!  :D )

Er, it's a problem I have with chocolate.  ;)

Actually I have no idea what we will be eating tonight - just have tomorrow sorted. ;D

Going to try one of Jamie Oliver's 15 minute meals....even if it takes 30mins from setting all the pots/ingredients up etc I think I'll still be happy ;)

Going out for dinner tonight with GD1 who was working Christmas day until 11pm.
Tonight is her Christmas dinner with her parents, her friend, myself, DH and our next eldest GD who is 16.
Looking forward to enjoying a nice relaxing meal overlooking the Indian Ocean at sunset  with family    :)

Looking forward to it Amy especially after the hectic time we have had over Christmas period due to Amanda having the baby.
Jade needs a break from the cooking side so will be nice for her to have a nice meal in a different environment.
Lovely menu where we are going.
DH and I went their last week for my birthday  :)

Ooh let us know which one you do, we love the book

Hally- Beef Kofta Curry with fluffy rice, beans and peas (p66)  - I was looking for a recipe that I could use the TMX for :)
It came in just under 15 minutes...I did have all ingredients on the bench ready to go. Used my rice cooker to cook the basmati & started this earlier (recipe states to use 10minute rice, I refuse to buy a more expensive rice when I have regular basmati at home already). Instead of liquidiser I used TMX...It was a really delicioius curry but could benefit from reducing a little more, I think it is worth converting into a full TMX meal if/when I get the chance (Varoma could steam the koftas like with meatballs). For a full & well balanced meal on the table in 15 minutes, it's got to be 5/5! It wasn't til after we'd eaten I realised I'd forgotten the lentils! We didn't miss them!
Are there any others from this book you could recommend?

Jamberie, well done ;D

My dh loves the book as he is no cook, so it helps with pots & pans & having everything out etc.

I dont have the book with me, will be home in a week. Will let you know then.

We have done quite a few that you dish up on a wooden board & sometimes I might do parts of the dish.  I love that part of this book too. We have done a lot with salads :)

H :)
